He is survived by: his grandparents, Harry and Shirley Eastham of Eight Mile; his stepgrandparents, Larry and Mary Shimp of Mobley; his siblings, Shawn, Ashley of Porters Falls, Chad, Betsy of Folsom, Mikey of Phillippi, Krista of Piney and Cheyanne of Phillippi; his nieces and nephews, Eli, Alden, Trevor, Cayden, Lane, Kolbin, Sawyer, Liam, Avery, Ivy and Nova; his aunts and uncles, Jamie Eastham (Denise), Bill Shimp (Missy), Terry Shimp (Amanda), Louie Shimp, Barb Stoneking (Wayne), Tine Adams (Mike), Julie Highley (Jamie) and Tammy Ellis (Frank); and his caregiver Rebecca Swiger of Porters Falls. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
