Underwood of Mammoth; his siblings, Roger of Pond Gap, Rodney of Pond Gap, Calvin of Pond Gap, Kermit of Hughes Creek, Deloris Hamilton of Ohio, Charlotte Proctor, Carol of Washington and Sherry Johnson of Pond Gap; and his close friend Sue Spangler. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
