It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Rowzee of Points, West Virginia, who passed away on January 17, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar B. Rowzee, Sr. and Iva M. Rowzee (Fultz); and his siblings, Elmer "Teddy" T. Rowzee, Oscar B. Rowzee, Virginia Bowen and Ella Ramey.
