He was predeceased by: his mother Sheila M. Bowen (Martin). He is survived by: his father Allen J. Bowen, Sr.; his children, Emily S. Croston (Shane) of Frostburg and Aiden W. Bowen; and his brother Allen J. "Jimmy" Bowen, II (Tawana) of Points. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
