He is survived by: his children, Joseph Marshall of Points, WV., Kimberly Staup of Points, WV. and Shari Michael (Foster) of Points, WV.; and his grandchildren, Kasey Cockburn, Ashley Heavner (Roland), Gina Steinly, Joey Marshall and Carissa Marshall. He is also survived by his wife, three children.
