He was predeceased by: his parent Oakie Stover (Irene); and his siblings, Kenny Stover, Jack Stover, Edward Stover, Marie Kinnaird and Mary Jo Wallace.
He is survived by: his son Richie Duncan of Apple Grove, WV; his brother David Stover (Yonnie) of Gallipolis Ferry, WV; his nephew Gary Stover of Point Pleasant, WV; and his grandchildren, Breanna Duncan of Apple Grove, WV and Cooper Duncan of St. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
