He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. "Fuzz" Hoffman and Mary L. Hoffman (Wooten); and his sisters, Betty Cook, Inez Birchfield and Rosetta M. Hoffman.
He is survived by: his wife Anna M. Hoffman (Clonch) of Point Pleasant; his daughter Cindy; his son-in-law John Snodgrass of Point Pleasant; his granddaughter Heather Snodgrass of Point Pleasant; and his sister Mary Casto (Roger) of Leon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests that all those attending services wear a mask.
