He is survived by: his parents, Mitchell Lee Wears (Angela) of Point Pleasant and Mary Anna Bumgarner (Baird) of Middleport, OH; his sibling River Hardwoods of Southside, WV.; his children, Kenneth Wears of Southside, Shane Wears of Southside, Niles Brogan (Carley Stapleton) of Glenwood, Hope Derenberger of Southside, Noah Derenberger of Southside, Little Wes and Wyatt of Ohio; his grandson Milan Brogan of Glenwood; his siblings, Mitchell L. Wears II of Point Pleasant, Thomas E. Wears of Point Pleasant and Shelia Wears of Point Pleasant; his grandmother Lois Baird of Point Pleasant; his stepgrandparents, Thomas and Lois Bumgarner of West Columbia; his stepbrother Tommy Bumgarner of Wayne, WV; and his close friend Les Taylor of Racine, OH. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts and cousins.
