She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Rayburn and Geraldine Rayburn (Northup); her granddaughter Myla Walters; and her brother Brett Lee Rayburn. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" Walters; her sons, Chad Walters (Courtney) of Point Pleasant, Ryan Walters (Erica) of Gallipolis and Dane Walters of Point Pleasant; her grandchildren, Owen, Ava, Rilynn, Colton, Jade Walters, Rebecca and Warren Sydenstricker; and her sister Melanie Pumphrey. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
