She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Fisher (Norma); her brothers, Chuck Fisher Jr., Thomas Josephe Fisher and Jonathan Fisher; and her grandmothers, Helen Fisher and Chessie Anderson.
She is survived by: her son Charles Simpkins of Cannonsburg, PA; and her siblings, Michael Fisher of Washington and Connie Mitchem (Bill) of Point Pleasant, WV.. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
