It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Frederick Neal of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on August 22, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Madge Edith Neal and Trout; his aunt Flossie Trout; his wife Zelma Jean Neal; his brothers-in-law, Ronald Ray Pullin (Marjorie) and Jeffrey Owen Pullin (Vickie); his nephew Jeffrey David Pullin; and his nieces, Alysia Becker (Timothy), Mallory Smith (Brandan) and Rebecca Bocook (Joseph). He was also cherished by four great-nephews and one great-niece.

Because of concerns about COVID-19, a going home celebration will be announced and held at a later date and time.
