He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew M. Beattie and Mary "Elizabeth" Beattie; his wife Rita Sue Beattie; and his sister Lillian "Velmeda" Dunn. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Queen of Point Pleasant and Jon; his daughter-in-law Heather Beattie of Point Pleasant; his grandchildren, Harry Lee Queen Jr. (Courtney) of Point Pleasant, Lila Beattie of Nashville, TN, Joel Beattie of Eleanor, WV, Sophie Beattie of Point Pleasant, Riley Beattie of Point Pleasant and Chelsea Black of Charleston, WV; and his great grandchildren, Kyla Queen, Carter Queen, Heidi Queen, Catherine Queen, Hudson Queen and Charlee Queen.
