He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Spencer and Pauline Spencer; his siblings, Junior Spencer, Jackie Spencer, Vickie Sayre and Joann Roach; and his granddaughter Andrya Jordan.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon Sue Spencer; his children, Robbie Spencer (Amy), Possum Spencer (Cheryl), Shane Spencer (Phyllis), Angie Jordan (Andy) and Mandy Spencer; his grandchildren, Corey, Colten Spencer, Dustin Spencer (Brandy), Ashley McCarty (Jordan), Bubba Spencer (Brittany), Tiffany Spencer (Chad Spurlock), Hailey and Myna Spencer; his great grandchildren, Libby Wroten, Dezyl Spencer, Branson Spencer, Presley Spencer (Lou-Lou), Asher McCarty and Waylon Spencer; his siblings, Janice Roush, Ethel Taylor (Bob), Garry Spencer, Jimmy Spencer (Betty), Ronnie Spencer (Becky) and Larry Spencer (Laura); and his pets, Blake and Marley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many extended families, friends.
