He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sayre (Leach) of Point Pleasant; his fiancée Joyce Neal of Point Pleasant; his sons, Justin C. Sayre (Elizabeth Ann) of Point Pleasant and Donald Leach (Jessica) of Point Pleasant; his grandchildren, Kyleigh Leach of Point Pleasant and Gavin Leach of Point Pleasant; and his close friend Tommy Rogers.
