She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Coy and Edith Minor Ross; her brother Michael Coy; and her brother-in-law Reginald Carson. She is survived by: her husband Richard Penn; her daughter Cheryl Whitt; her granddaughter Tayyler Whitt of Point Pleasant; her pet Milo; her siblings, James Houchins (Dawn) of Columbus, Cathy Ross of Columbus and Janice Ross of California; her son-in-law Michael Whitt; and her sisters-in-law, Ethel Carson, May Wade and Ann Wade. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Point Pleasant Moose Lodge.
