She is survived by: her mother Cora Mae Roush; her husband Richard Lambert; her siblings, Randy Stephens (Dena) and Tammy Stephens; her sisters-in-law, Audrey Goble, Debra Pritty and Lillie McKinney; her nephews, Justin, Nathan, Craig, Jeremy, Chris and Travis; and her pet Jake. She is also survived by friends, aunts, uncles cousins.
