She was predeceased by: her parents, Barto L. Durst and Clara "Ruth" Durst (Love); her brother Barto Durst, Jr.; her husband Robert "Bob" Lee; her close friend James "J. D." Taylor; and also Jennifer Taylor.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mala Bumgardner of St. Albans, WV, Kyla Carpenter (Jim) of Gallipolis, OH and Allison Taylor of Fayetteville, WV; her grandchildren, Nicholas Bumgardner, Kenton Bumgardner, Derek Bumgardner, Chadd Carpenter (Hannah) and Logan Carpenter (Kennedy); her great grandchildren, Cohen Ennis, Max Carpenter and Arya Carpenter; and her brother Jackie Durst of Syracuse, OH. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home (2226 Jackson Ave, Point Pleasant, WV 25550). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
