With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pamela Kay Simpkins (Point Pleasant, West Virginia), who passed away on October 23, 2021 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father G. C. "Pete" Sommer; and her former husband Carl A. "Sonny" Simpkins. She is survived by: her daughter Kayla Sommer Simpkins; her stepsons, Todd and Clifford Simpkins; her siblings, Georgianna Tillis, Julie Bibbee (Keith) and G. C. "Pete" Sommer, II (Laura); her grandchildren, Mariah Glover, A. J. and Wyatt Meadows; and her friend Putnam Counties. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncle, and extended family.
