He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Filkins and Nancy Bowermaster Filkins. He is survived by: his brothers, Bruce Filkins (Margo) of Santee, CA, Larry Filkins (Rita Massie) of Leon, WV and Randy Filkins (Tonya) of Racine, OH.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
