She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell H. Cottrell and Mary Magdalon Cottrell (Stearns); and her grandson James Brady Leonard. She is survived by: her husband Charles W. "Windy" Heib of Point Pleasant; and her sons, Charles Michael Heib (Julie) of Gallipolis Ferry, Randall Lee Heib (Pam) of Letart and Roger Allen Heib of Point Pleasant. She is also survived by two sisters; nine grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
