He was predeceased by: his parents, John McClellan and Mae Fry McClellan; his daughter Michelle McClellan; and his sisters, Sarah Frances Jackson, Marie Lycans, Beatrice Kucera, Ethel Mae Harkolivich, Georgia Vanhoose, Virgie England and Melinda Irene Maynard.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Knapp McClellan; his children, Debra McClellan of Jackson, Jodie Shawkey of McArthur, Lonette Adkins (Cory) of Texas, Lona Sue Hardemon of McArthur, Darrell McClellan (Connie) of Circleville, Daniel McClellan of Oak Hill, Lonnie McClellan II of McArthur and Lucian McClellan (Cathy) of Lancaster, Ohio.; and his brothers, Johnnie McClellan (Margaret) of East Lynn, Sampie McClellan, Lucian McClellan and Andrew McClellan.
