He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Charles L. Frum and Sylvia J. Frum (Wolfe); his wife Theresa Frum (Seipel); his brother Wayne Frum; and his brother-in-law Tim Bissell.
He is survived by: his close friend Victor Shonk of Vermillion, SD; his sons, Justin Frum (Amanda) of Louisa, KY and Stephen Frum (Kristi) of Point Pleasant; his grandchildren, MacKenzie Frum, Pacey Frum, Kolby Frum, Leigh Wolford and Shelbie Hughes; his great grandchild Raelyn Wolford; his siblings, John Frum (D. D.) of Vienna, WV, Patricia Bissell of Point Pleasant and Lois Jean Frum of Point Pleasant; and his sister-in-law Lynn Frum of Buckhannon, WV. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for contributions be made to Heights United Methodist Sunday School Fund, 2016 North Main Street, Point Pleasant, WV, 25550.
