He is survived by: his daughter Kayla Dawn Hoffman (Andrew Halley) of Rutland; his grandsons, Gabriel Masters, Dylan Masters, Braxton Masters and Garrett Masters; and his siblings, Karen Smith (Benjamin), Linda Lauener, Joyce Murphy (Bernard), Jack Hoffman (Linda) and Bill Hoffman (Carolyn). He is also survived by four nieces; and five nephews.
