With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith E. Rayburn of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, who passed away on November 25, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Victor Chilson (Irma); her son Nicholas Ryan; and her brother Terry Chilson. She is survived by: her husband Henry Rayburn; her daughter Kristen Rodriguiz (Juan); her siblings, Tom Chilson (Deb), Rodney Chilson (Sadie) and Laurie Bender (Jeff); and her pet Sassy. She is also survived by many extended family, friends.
