He is survived by: his siblings, Jimmy Lanier (Bessie) of Southside, Janice Rice (Marcus) of Southside, Judy McCoy (George) of Ladson, SC and Julia Lanier of Radnor, OH; and his close friends, Jean Gonzales, Earnest Trent and Amber Tatterson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
