He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Brook (Francis) and Francis Jeffers; his cousin Deborah Ann McGinnis Roush; and his close friend Lyman Greenlee. He is survived by: his sister Shirley Kinnaird of Atlanta, GA; and his cousins, Laura Vaughn (Jimmy Wallace) of Ashton, WV, Jodi Jeffers (Penny) of Point Pleasant, WV, Teresa Cremeans of Ohio, Marcus Vaughn (Roger Roush) of Point Pleasant, WV and Carl Stewart.
