She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Lively; her parents, John Payne and Bertha Payne; and her siblings, Helen Tompkins and Bernard Payne.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Lively (Terry Ann) of Jersey City, NJ and Garry Lively (Terry Lynn) of Point Pleasant, WV. She is also survived by four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
