She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Rowsey Withers and Rosa Lee Withers (Gillispie); her siblings, Charles R. Withers II, Samuel Withers and Suzanne Woyan; and her brother-in-law William Richard Tatterson.
She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Doss (Trent) of Ashton, WV; her grandchildren, Brynlee and Owen Doss of Ashton; her fiancé Rusty Hatfield of Point Pleasant; her sister Linda Tatterson of Gallipolis Ferry; and her siblings-in-law, Brenda Withers of Apple Grove and Johnny Woyan of Apple Grove. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Withers Family Cemetery.
