It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Russell Moore III of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, born in Spencer, West Virginia, who passed away on August 19, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. James Russell Moore Jr. and Joan Moore (Sinnett). He is survived by: his son Michael Moore (Carolyn) of Barboursville, WV; and his siblings, Ken Moore (Terri) of Point Pleasant, Rick Moore (Joanne) of Pittsburgh, PA, Marilyn Moore of Scottsville, VA and Mendy Moore of Point Pleasant. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
