He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurlis Maines and Sylvia Maines (Thompson); and his brother Douglas Maines. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Maines (Hall); his children, Raymond Maines of Rutland, OH, Matt Maines of Point Pleasant, Jason Maines of Letart, Christina Maines of Point Pleasant and Jessica Black of Point Pleasant; his stepchildren, Johnathan Hall of Kansas, Justen Hall of Colorado and Mystique Harrison of Alabama; and his sister Beth Selle of Maineville, OH.. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home, to help offset funeral expenses.
