He was predeceased by: his parent Robert Wayne Byer of Point Pleasant. He is survived by: his parent Reta Kay Byer Wheeler (Graham) of Point Pleasant; his daughters, Gretchen Byer and Lindsey Byer; his grandchildren, Landon Hawk, Kailynn, Trycen and Kendal Putney; his sisters, Teresa A. Byer and Pamela D. Pickens; his half-sister Leann Crisenberry (Bobby); his brothers, Roger Shane Byer (Dionne) and John Byer (Stephanie); and his child Jan Byer (Harbrecht). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
