It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenda Lee Simpkins of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, who passed away on April 3, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father William "Yikey"; her husband Ronald F. Simpkins; her son William "Sam" Simpkins; her children-in-law, Jerry Biland and Paula Simpkins; and her close friend Jack Hill.
She is survived by: her children, Vicky Biland of Gallipolis, Rhonda Kleynen of Watauga, TX and Rick Simpkins of Point Pleasant; her children-in-law, Terry Tyree of Point Pleasant and Connie Simpkins; her grandchildren, Amber Simpkins, Josh Biland, Sarah Winters, Noah Tyree, Will Simpkins, Brandy Sweeney, Brandon Barkey and Branson Barkey; her great grandchildren, Katie Simpkins, Lexie Brewer, Gage, Gaven Simpkins, Brayden, Bryson, Braylon Sweeney, Brooklyn, Brittyn, Brystal, Braylea and Brilynn Barkey; and her great great grandchild Lincoln Brewer. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
