He was predeceased by: his parents, George T. "Tom" Kerwood Sr. and Lena "Myrtle" Kerwood of West Hamlin; and his sister Deanna Kerwood Hoke of West Hamlin, WV. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Caroline Pridemore and Marlena Mae Smith of Salt Rock, WV; his sisters, Melanie Kerwood Mabe of Point Pleasant, WV and Jan Kerwood Ferguson of Salisbury; and his grandchildren, Casey Grace McDermitt of Point Pleasant, WV, Krystian Alyson Perry, Lauren Faith Perry Of and Bruce McDermitt of Point Pleasant, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Because of Covid 19, there will be no prior visitation, and those attending the service are asked to observe the courtesy of social distancing to protect the health of all individuals.
