It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geneva M. Gardner of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, who passed away on December 13, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Roy Hurlow and Edith Marie Hurlow; her sons, Mark Tony Gardner and Kevin Gardner; her brother James R. Hurlow Jr.; and her grandson Mykael Gardner.
She is survived by: her son David Aaron Gardner of Point Pleasant; her grandchildren, Bentley, Drake, Noah and Markeya Gardner; her siblings, Carol S. White (Kenneth) of Point Pleasant, Judy K. Johnson (Stephen) of Point Pleasant and Charles M. Hurlow (Rose) of Point Pleasant; and her close friend Michelle Buckley of Pomeroy, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home (2226 Jackson Ave, Point Pleasant, WV 25550). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
