He was predeceased by: his siblings, Sandra Sue "Sug" Bergdorf (Bonecutter), Juanita McGowan Turner, Louise and Andy McGowan. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lynne McGowan (Cornell); his siblings, Harvey Eugene McGowan (Bobbi), Harvey McGowan, Gary McGowan, Danny McGowan and Laura May McGowan Miller; his mother-in-law Mary Dayonez McGowan; and his siblings-in-law, Rondal Cornell of Patriot Ohio and Susie Artie Cornell Rainey of Point Pleasant, WV.
