He is survived by: his parent Betty Jane Wheeler Fowler (Gardner); and his siblings-in-law, Elnora, Clyde Weaver of New Haven, Pamela and Ronald Kapp of Point Pleasant. He is also survived by three nieces, three nephews, three great nieces and four great nephews.
