He is survived by: his parents, John Tompkins of New Haven, WV and Wanda Tompkins of Point Pleasant, WV; his brother Randy Tompkins (Jennifer) of Silverspring, MD; his grandmother Wanda Jordan of Point Pleasant, WV; his uncle Randy Jordan of Point Pleasant, WV; his aunt Susan Stickles of Ft. Myers, FL; his niece Audrey; and his nephew Jack Tompkins. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
