We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2021, at the age of 83, Dorothy E. Harper of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, born in Powellton, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward and Ruby Mae Buchanan; her husband Robert L. Harper; and her siblings, James Thomas Buchanan and Lenora White.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Clark of Newark, OH, Rusty Wood, Jr. (Coni) of Point Pleasant, Kelly Porter (JR) of Gallipolis, OH and Beth Patterson of Fredericksburg, VA; her grandchildren, Kristen, Troy, Josh, Seth, Kayla, Terra, Uriah, Allison and Jacob; her siblings, Bill Buchanan of Point Pleasant and Hedra Burdick (Stephen) of Ellerslie, GA; and her niece Deb Sizemore. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Social distancing will be observed and face masks are required.
