He is survived by: his wife Lina Milam of Point Pleasant; his sons, Jeremy Milam of Alum Creek and Josh Milam of Elkview; his grandchildren, Noah, Brianna, Grayson, Isabelle, Annalee Milam and Eli Milam; his stepdaughters, Angel Dunn (Charlie) of Southside and Helen Payne (Carry) of Apple Grove; his stepgrandchildren, Aletha Graley (Jonathan), Shyann Payne, Stacie Jackson (Bryant) and Andrea Wilcox; and his siblings, Joe Milam (Missy) of St. Albans, Don Milam (Candy) of Arizona and Connie Casdorph (Butch) of Culloden. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
