She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Odell Fisher Sr. and Norma Jean Fisher (Cline); and her siblings, Chuck (Charles Odell Fisher Jr.), Thomas Fisher, Jonathan Fisher and Gail Fisher.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Buck (Jesse) and Ian Mitchem (Lisa); her grandchildren, Hunter, Braedon and Jacob Buck; and her husband Bill Mitchem.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Deal Funeral Home (1401 Kanawha St, Point Pleasant, WV 25550). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
