He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Clifford Oliver and Kathleen Violet Oliver (McCarty); his wife Bonita Ann Oliver (Betz); and his sister Margaret Casto-Madden. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Renee Litchfield (Larry), Teresa Lynn Oliver of Point Pleasant and Brian Stanley "Mark" Oliver (Amber) of Point Pleasant; his grandchildren, Garrett B. Litchfield, Mark Allen Oliver, Matthew Litchfield, Dixie Oliver and Abigail Oliver; his brother Slug; and his sister-in-law Dianna Oliver of Point Pleasant.
