It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chester Allen Canter of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, born in Lancaster, Ohio, who passed away on July 24, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Canter and Olive Bonita Canter (Wilson). He is survived by: his children, Amos, Christy, Roger and Heather Canter of Ohio; and his close friends, Don and Kim Wyant. He is also survived by one of 16 children.
