He is survived by: his daughter Paula J. Jones (Brent); his grandchildren, Kimberly, Alan and Andrew of Point Pleasant; his children, Charles G. Spencer II (Tina), Coalton, Charlie, Devon and Cash of Ironton, OH; and his siblings, Janice Roush of Point Pleasant, Ethel Taylor (Robert) of Point Pleasant, Larry Spencer (Laura) of Point Pleasant and Ronnie Spencer (Becky) of Point Pleasant.
