He is survived by: his father Charles "Buddy" Meadows (Cathern); his daughter Nevaeh Rogers; his siblings, Cassie Smith (Roy) and Zachary Meadows; his nieces and nephews, Xavier, Addyson Meadows, Christopher Smith and Jazmyn Fincham; his brother-in-law Richard Smith; and his caregivers, Melissa Cooper and Jennifer.
