He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Sibley and Dorothy Sibley (Earles); and his wife Barbara. He is survived by: his children, Penni Grubb (Mike) of Point Pleasant and Dean Sibley of Point Pleasant; his grandchildren, Sean Grubb, Ryan Grubb (Amber) and Kyle Grubb (Destane); his great grandchildren, McKenna, Kinley, Kylee and Myra; and his sister-in-law Judy Williams of Point Pleasant. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested contributions be made to the Bellemeade United Methodist Church, 510 Burdette St., Point Pleasant, WV, 25550.
