Billy E. Simpkins Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy E. Simpkins of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, who passed away on December 8, 2021 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Everett Simpkins I and Patty Ann Stewart of Point Pleasant; his grandparents, Carl, Zelda Simpkins, Jess and Rose Likens; his stepmother Betty Jo Simpkins; his parents-in-law, David "Gene" Bennett and Betty Mae Bennett Rawlins; and his uncles, Carl "Sonny" Simpkins and Harry "Moke" Simpkins.
He is survived by: his wife Janet A. Simpkins of Point Pleasant; his daughters, Kaitlyn "Katie" Simpkins of Charlotte, NC and Jessie Simpkins of Point Pleasant, WV; his sister Paula; his siblings-in-law, Randy Birchfield of Point Pleasant, Charlene Anderson (Jeff) of Polk City, FL and Jean Ann Smith (Jeff) of Cumming, GA.; his nieces and nephews, Brandon Roush (Nikki) of Point Pleasant, Jonhathan Malone (Mikala) of Huntington, WV., Gracie, Lauren Smith of Cumming, GA and Jazmyne Malone of Polk City, FL.; his great-nieces, Havin, Brynn and Bralee Roush of Point Pleasant; and his great-nephew Oliver Malone. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
