She is survived by: her children, Wally Smith IV of Barboursville, WV and Alisha Smith of Point Pleasant; her granddaughter Cheyenne Eddy of Point Pleasant; her siblings, Kevin Blain (Carolene) of Apple Grove, WV, Tommy Blain (Lora) of Ashton, WV, Tracie Patrick (Dave) of Gallipolis Ferry, WV, Lorie Deal (Doug) of Glenwood, WV and Jackie Saunders (Jeff) of Glenwood; her nephew Jamie Patrick of Gallipolis Ferry; and her niece Emma Grace Deal of Glenwood.
