She is survived by: her significant other Tom Conrad; her children, Robert Cornell (Nancy) of Apple Grove, Rodney Cornell (Stephanie) of Point Pleasant and Holly Chapman of Point Pleasant; and her grandchildren, Skyla of Latasha, J. R., Mooch, Alisha, Jesica, Lee, Ashley, Brandey and Bubba. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
