With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arleda J. Fraley of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, born in Henlawson, West Virginia, who passed away on March 31, 2022 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dustin Franklin and Erma Midkiff Franklin; her sisters, Carrie Lovelace and Mary Coburn; and her daughter Belinda Fraley.
She is survived by: her husband Charles M. Fraley; her daughters, Sandra Baker (Ken) of Bowie, Debra Joyce (Kevin) of South Point, Judith Hamelin (Stephen) of St. Augustine, Janet Holcomb (Lee) of Gallipolis and Kathy Rhoton (Scott) of Afton, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Ryan Baker (Jen) of Maryland, Nicholas Joyce (Courtney) of Kentucky, Megan Jester (Kevin) of Arizona, Jason Baker (Ashley) of Maryland, Adam Holcomb of Ohio, Krista Kroc (Dave) of Florida, Daniel Joyce of Ohio, Eric Baker (Katie) of Maryland, Elisha Dorsey (Jake) of West Virginia, Andrew Holcomb (Rebekah) of Virginia, Justin Baker (Sherri) of Maryland, Jesse Peavley of Tennessee, Chad Peavley of Tennessee and Erma Katherine Metcalf (Katie) of Tennessee; and her siblings, Eleanor McCarty of Kitts Hill, Connie McCarty (D. D.) of Kitts Hill, Karen Littlejohn of Pedro, Ronald Franklin of Kitts Hill and David Franklin (Janet) of South Point. She is also survived by twenty-seven great grandchildren.
