She is survived by: her husband Colonel Jack Philip Sturgeon; her son Frederick S. Schroeder of Phnom Penh; her daughter-in-law Linda S. Cunningham of Myrtle Beach, SC; her grandson Brian Scott Schroeder (Cori) of Wilmington, NC; her stepchildren, Scott A., Amy L. Sturgeon of Los Angeles, CA, Christopher V. and Julie Sturgeon of Manchester, MO; her stepdaughter-in-law Linda Sturgeon of Brandon, MS; her stepgrandchildren, William B. Sturgeon of Washington, DC, Caroline M. Sturgeon of Brooklyn, NY, Ceana M., Samuel H. Sturgeon of Manchester, MO and Amy Lynn Bartelink of Chico, CA.; her sister-in-law Audra C. Dunn of Bethesda, MD; and her nieces and nephews, Malinda, Edward, Johnathan, Andrew, Christopher, Lora, Chuck and Lee Anne.
